Albert had a very successful career as an antiquarian and also rebuilt Marboeuf Chapel, founded in Paris by his father. He founded the Royal Archaeological Institute and made many valuable contributions to archaeological research. Albert died at Le Trouville, Cannes, France on 22nd March 1874 at the age of sixty-seven. He was married to Emmeline Stanley (1810-1906) with whom he had a daughter, Mary.
Charlotte Eliza (1812-1812)
Anna Mary Charlotte Eliza (1813-1881)
Anna Mary Charlotte Eliza married John Ayshford Wise (1810-1870), one time Liberal MP for Stafford at St Mary's Church, Leamington Priors. He had three children from his first marriage. There were no further children. Anna died 15th February 1881 age sixty-seven.
Olivia married Charles Edward Kennaway (1800-1875), Vicar of St James' church, Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire in 1845. They had three children, Charles, Agnes and Mariona. Olivia died in Brighton on 8th November 1888 aged seventy-two.
Catherine Louisa (1818-1906)
Catherine Louisa married Revd Henry Clarence Pigou (1822-1899) in 1854. They had two children, Mary and Henry. Catherine died 4th May 1906 at Christchurch, Hampshire aged eighty-eight.
Georgiana Millicent (1820-1855)
Georgiana Millicent married Henry Daniel Cholmeley (1810-1865) son of Sir Montague Cholmeley, of Woodchester, Gloucestershire. They had two children who lived into the twentieth century. Georgiana died aged thirty-five on 5th May 1855 shortly after giving birth to her daughter Olivia, known as Lily, on 24th April. After Georgiana died Drusilla took care of her two young children, Olivia and Catherine.
